To say these people are pricey is an understatement. I had to bring my dog there after urgent vet referred me to them because he had to be monitored overnight. Immediately they ask for $2100 on the credit card "just in case" what might happen. By morning, my bill was at $900. I call and they are working on a "treatment plan" even though they are not his vet. He was just brought there to be stabilized. Now, the plan is to keep him 24 to 48 more hours, at an additional cost of $3100 - $5100. Luckily I found a place in Sarasota (yes it's an hour drive) that could take over. I ask them to discharge him, and by the time I get there to pick him up, my bill is at $1600+ So within an hour and a half, my bill went up by $700, ("But don't worry sir, you still have a credit balance") whoopee for me. I didn't argue about the numbers, just took my dog and got him cared for. I understand their explanations about why the prices are so high, but they act as if they are now the primary vet, and specialist, and oh by the way, we need another $5,000... Please, find alternatives, even if you have to drive an hour away.

Go to Tampa Bay specialist in Largo if you need treatment for your animal

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have been rescuing dogs for 30 years. Ive been to emergency vets and vets for proper care for my dogs.

But I have experience that Blue pearl was the most unprofessional uncaring and Dr Miller is the worst ophthalmologist Ive ever been to. Thank God theres Tampa Bay vet specialist and other professional veterinarians that actually care for your animals. At first Blue pearl took responsibility for giving my small dog the wrong medicine after spending nearly $3000 in ten months and at first they recommended that I go through their insurance company and they would take full responsibility and that I should get more than my cost that I paid for negligence and for more proper care for my animal that he much needed after their negligence. I was set up because once I went to their insurance company they said I was noncompliant at there recommendation they just put me off because I just want to collect refund for and Im proper care of the animals !

I felt I was treated disrespectfully and negligence of my animal at a high price. I also called Better Business Bureau theres not one good report about Blue Pearl the manager was going to give me back my money but she recommend me going through the Insurance company I got nothing after they were taking responsibility but they were just putting me off and had no attentions to return the money I spent. They have no answer how I was given the wrong medicine from Blue Pearl. Like I went in the back and help myself and like Im gonna spend that much money to give my dog the on proper care at home.

Makes no sense nobody in their right mind is going to take a dog to 10 visits spent $3000 and not to the proper care. Please customer please be aware of the scam and the negligence they are doing to other animals.

And Largo theres Tampa Bay vet specialist and Tampa there is an urgent care right behind Bank of America on Bears Avenue and Nebraska. I hope that Im putting awareness out there and people care enough for your fur babe to dont was your Time and money at Blue Pearl.

If you care about your pet DON'T GO THERE!!!

So nice and compassionate while they charged our credit card in such a scary to time when NO other facility was opened (Super bowl Sun.). After surgery at $1,000.00 later and 14 days later needing stitches out but they would not take out until we allowed them $150.00 + what ever they thought was needed, we decided to go to vet that was recommended to us in Tomball and they gave our pet examination and took out her stitches for $85.00 (please know money was NOT the issue but being emotionally exploited at this time was) and please know the Tomball vet stated that should have been covered in original surgery charge at Blue Pearl. When I called later to get records plus my original paperwork for our attorney was only texted half the sheet I filled out . Needless to say they are VERY unprofessional! And please Blue Pearl don't text me back one of your VERY generic replies!

No Doctor on duty weekend Sarasota pet died

Bluepearl Veterinary Partners - No Doctor on duty weekend Sarasota pet died

bevc74@***.com

Date: Monday, October 28, 2019

Subject: I feel you were negligent and my pet suffered and died because no doctor was on duty on Oct 26 and 27, 2019 at Sarasota, Fl Hospital.

To:info@***.com After calling I arrived Sat evening a little after 7 PM, A technician said she wanted to take Sunny into see the Doctor and I should wait. A short time later Amy Oliver,DVM came to get me and told me that that she knew nothing about birds as the Avian Doctor only came in when called on the weekends.

I told her the receptionist said there was always a Doctor on duty, 24 hours including weekends. Amy said that was not true. She said that if she called the bird doctor in it would be very expensive for the Doctors salary plus $800-$1000 for x- rays and a medical work up. She suggested I give sunny some medicine for inflammation.

She diagnosed Sunny with an inflammatory, infectious, euplastic, toxicity. She did not call the bird doctor because she said that would have cost me a lot of money. I asked her for pain medicine and medicine so she could sleep, as her breathing was labored and she was crying in pain. She did not give me any medication for pain.

I sat and kept waiting for her to return, for 45 minutes, I guess someone left to buy medicine; Still Sunny was not brought back to me, but was kept in another room alone frightened racked with pain. I was then directed to check-out and Amy said after I settled my account she would return Sunny. I complained that since I did not see the Bird professional I should not be charged. I got home around 9 PM.Sunny was in so much pain her body was convulsing and she was crying with labored breathing.

Sunny was biting me and chewing on her cage, I held her, comforting Sunny, but could not stop the pain. At Oct 27 1:32 am I called and talked to AMY/ I told her that the bird was in so much distress and convulsing with pain and I was worried. She said I could bring the bird back and it could stay in the hosp the weekend, but it would be thousands of Dollars. Since I have night blindness I should not drive at night.

Amy told me to turn out the light, put on soft music, make Sunny warm, until she calms down. Instead I held the bird. A half hour later 2:06 am on Sunday I called again and asked to speak to Amy and the receptionist said, “everyone was gone and WHAT DID I WANT?” Her attitude was nasty as I think I woke her up. Her lack of feeling for a suffering bird makes me sick.

I told her Sunny just died and I am holding her in my hand. Her attitude changed and she said OH I am so sorry. Check phone call recordings. Since no one was on duty, leaving the bird overnight would have meant no one was there to help and comfort Sunny and it would have been a slow and painful death alone and still suffering.

I was misled and you did not live up to your reputation.

Amy admitted she knew nothing about birds, and refused to give pain medication. The many hours of suffering left me crying for days as I watched my Sunny finally die from the stress. Amy did not take an x-ray or do any meaningful exam, but a guess as she diagnosed the problem as inflammation blaming it on Teflon, which I do not use, or a virus, or maybe a tumor. Money seems to be your main concern not the welfare of the animals or caregivers.

Therefore, I am filing a compliant and I want my $131.00 refunded immediately.

How can you justify your coldness and irresponsible behavior and take advantage of people? The recording on your phone will tell the story and I suggest you review the recordings on October 26 and 27 at the times listed above. I am disappointed that you hire staff that cares little for people coming there for guidance and medical treatment. Do you know what goes on in your hospital?

I expect a full refund and an apology, which will do little to condone the needless suffering leading to the death of Sunny. I am devastated and inconsolable feeling guilty for not protecting Sunny from the abuse suffered at your hospital. God forgive me.

Be sure to view all voice phone recordings to verify my calls. I look forward to your communication.

Blue Pearl Hospitals have no managers located at any of their hospitals. support team located in Clearwater for Sarasota Pearl Hosp Blue Pearl is owned by Mars,& Banfield.

Bs$$$ largest in US. There is no follow up. On line now way to contact staff, Doctors, CEO. No info on internet.

I asked how long the Hosp had been open, no info is given all secret. No phone numbers or emails are given when requested. Receptionist want me to email their Sar Hosp and she will email to Support team. No doctors were on Duty on weekend, a doctor could be called for my bird, but it would cost thousands of dollars for workup, x-rays.

MY bird was in pain , breathing heavy with mouth open crying. /Amy Oliver DVM said to take Sunny home, put up the heat, soft music, dark room until she calms down. The Bird is dying she would not give me pain medicine because she said the bird had a probable infection from strong perfume, opening the door and did I use teflon no, it is not made any more. After another call to Amy, the bird was convulting with pain.

She wasn't worried, and said call back in three day. My third call and Reception said no one was there and What Did I want. This is supposedly open 24/7. A half hour later may bird died on my chest.

Bird was held in dark room until I paid, that is their policy. The bigger these corporation get, the cost rise and quality goes down. Vets are referring all calls to that hospital, there must be kick backs. Never go to this corporation for the safety of your pet, as it may wind up dead.Always check Google for complaints about a pet facility.

I was charge $131.00. Insanely expensive and no qualified Doctor just a staff member who knows nothing about birds.

Find a vet with a practical approach and only use Blue Pearl when there are no other options

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This review is more about the approach of many Veterinarians, but in particular Blue Pearl in Scottsdale. We brought our cat to Blue Pearl (Sept 2019) after our vet determined that the nasal issue our cat was experiencing was very possibly cancer. This cat was our most favorite pet of all time. We wanted to get answers right away. We had very limited options for the diagnostics that were needed in a short time period, so we ended up at Blue Pearl as our regular Vet said she met an Internal medicine vet from there that sounded very experienced. Our vet said it should cost around $1500 to get a CAT scan to diagnose what nasal problem our cat had. Blue Pearl recommended a CAT scan, biopsy, nasalscopy and fungus test. We are usually very logical people, but again this was our favorite pet of all time. We would have done anything and paid anything if they could have saved our 11 year old Walter. All the testing that was done, I am sure most vets would agree are good tests to run. However, we have to feel knowing what we know now that with the Blue Pearl vet’s experience and expertise they could have taken a more practical approach. I feel that the specialist wanted to expose her intern, who seemed very detached, to as many tests as possible at our expense. This, plus I do believe vets have other motives for running all these test, one is $$ and the other is CYA. Here is the series of events and then my conclusion that many of you may come to yourselves. Keep in mind the Blue Pearl internist was experienced and highly qualified. After all the tests that were recommended were completed: CAT scan, nasalscopy, fungal test, it was concluded that our cat had cancer and it had spread to both nasal cavities and possibly the brain. Since the biopsies would not be back for a few days, the experienced Internist concluded from the slide samples that it was Lymphoma and would be responsive to chemo that we should start immediately. We of course started the first round of chemo. Total with chemo and all the tests, the price tag was around $6K. The biopsy results turned out to be carcinoma and that does not respond to chemo, but may respond to radiation. Blue Pearl does not have the ability to perform radiation therapy. Blue Pearl recommended radiation therapy in Gilbert. One of the first things that the radiation center said was, “we will have to run another CAT scan to pinpoint the location”. The radiation would have been very intrusive to our cat including the multiple visits, anesthesia each time and the large size of the tumor not mentioning the $10K plus in costs. Instead we decided to try a type of chemo that has shown some promise . With some experienced guidance and a more practical approach from a vet, a biopsy could have been the first and only step. There would have been no CAT scan or other test since two vets already thought it was cancer. The CAT scan could have been done at the radiation center instead. I know that Blue Pearl’s approach did not have an effect on the outcome of our beloved Walter, but I believe that some vets need to be more conscientious of the impact on the pet, the owners and the costs.

Never take a pet to Blue Pearl 24hr Vet clinic. They faked my dogs labs so they could ask to run more test and make more money.

Then they refused to prescribe her antibiotics. However, I knew that's what she needed. They wanted me to get more test and I refused. I took her to my vet and received antibiotics the next day, but that was too late.

The infection was taking over and the antibiotics weren't working. Being a nurse, I knew she still needed help. I started an IV on her to help maintain the vascular resistance. I called my vet, who had left for vacation and received some advice, ultimately making a decision to take Saph in.

Iowa Veterinary Specialties(IVS) did an amazing job with Saph, triaging her and treating her immediately, without pushing for tests that weren't necessary. The cost was the same for five different tests at IVS as it was for the fake blood work at Blue Pearl! At IVS her temp was 104. 9 even after antibiotic therapy at my vet (Startch Pet Hospital).

Her actual bloodwork showed elevated WBC of 20,000 as well as other significant markers of infection. Always be the advocate for your pet. They almost cost Sapphire her life by their negligence. She might possibly have mental issues now because they allowed her to leave their clinic and not treat a temp of 105.

She is admitted at IVS and staying over night to receive IV antibiotics, fluids, pain meds. Prayers are welcome.

I took my 8 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 1/2 year old Catahoula into Bluepearl in Edmond, Oklahoma because it was New Years Eve and my regular vet was closed. He had a UTI and they gave him Methodone and Fentanyl causing him to go into cardiac arrest. He had no monitors on him and they wouldn't let me sit with him through the night, early in the morning they called and told me he was dead...I am devastated... they charged me $2,000 to kill my furbaby! I still have his dad and he is 16 years old and still going strong! SOMEONE has got to stop Bluepearl from doing this to so many beloved furbabies!

That is an entirely different emergency clinic than Blue Pearl. They are not affiliated.

I highly recommend them over Blue Pearl any day of the week. After paying a 12k vet bill (at Blue Pearl) they sent her home to me when she was not ready and I lost her.

Don’t go here

My 9 year old Doberman had obvious bloat . Went to Blue Pearl veterinary ER Peoria Az this is dire emergency Got him there 2 hrs after he ate .

He walked in and xrays confirmed bloat with GDV. A volvulus with stomach flipped over strangulating his stomach organ . They got down to business quoting 5000 total for surgery. Then after xrays snd labs another 1600 dollars.

We paid upfront in total. We were devastated were told at 837 at night he’d go immediately into surgery . They did decompress the stomach at 9 pmwith a device letting out the air. However the torsion was still cutting off blood supply to his stomach and needed immediate resolution We were told to go home and he’d go right in and they’d call us.

At 11 pm they still hadn’t called. I called them. They said they’re prepping him but he’s doing ok. At 1204 after midnight they called stating they were intubation.

I was shocked at the delay . I’m an RN and do know this delay was not going to be good outcome at 1245 am they called and said his stomach is completely white and blood would not perfuse to it .they asked if I wanted them to proceed ? I stated. why would we proceed ?

His stomach is dead. I asked why did you wait 4 hours from my arrival to open him and what did you think would happen after a delay like this. Response was. No answer.

Then. Well we’re going to review the situation and see why there was a delay. Well now my dog is dead. Why would we proceed ?

Why did you wait 4 hours for an emergent life saving surgery. Why did you kill my dog but placed such effort in gettin paid in full first even charging me for spleen removal just in case you had to do that also. Which you didn’t because your 4 hour delay killed him The answer I got was. We were prepping him and stabilizing him No phone call stating he was unstable.

In fact when I called they said he was doing very well They were paid. That was the urgency. Then decided. Well now take our time.

He’s a dog. And you can’t sue over a dog. Now he’s dead. No.

We’re sorry. No nothing. Called next day to speak to med director. The receptionist takes call I’m thinking is a vet.

Then I get lead tech who only then after I asked took 2000 dollars off my 6600 dollar bill. My dog is dead. Tech stated 3 hours is perfectly reasonable to let your dying dog sit in a cage and have his stomach strangulate snd die. I’m bringing this to Az veterinary board This was atrocious.

Our beautiful dog is dead. And they don’t care. This happened the same night my wife’s mother placed in hospice with 2 weeks to live. And we told them this.

Avoid this place. They’re all about getting paid. They don’t care about you or your animal. If thus was a human theyed be sued for millions for this.

They’ll probably get away with this with a mere shame in on you by veterinary board. A disgraceful act of negligence which has deviststed our family

I wish I had been in the frame of mind to first Google reviews of this place before taking my baby there.....

Let me preface by saying that I do realize that when you take a companion to an emergency vet, you expect to pay more - maybe much more, but the costs charged to me were insanely high. Minutes after they checked my kitty, in they had me waiting to pay the "low end" of the total cost, in my case about $2100, this before they'd really done anything.

When I picked him up, this charge was $500 more. More to the bill later.

I had taken my kitty earlier in the day to my vet because he was not acting himself, hiding, not eating or drinking. They were about to dismiss it as "sick kitty syndrome" when they noticed labored breathing and asked to do an xray. Of course, I agreed.

That was when they noticed the fluid around his lungs and a dark "spot". I asked what I could do, desperate, and the vet said, shaking his head, not encouragingly, that he can give him Lasix and an antibiotic and I could bring him back the next day. I left and went home to call a couple other vets I'd used in the past, told them the story, and because of the labored breathing, both referred me to Blue Pearl. So I rushed him to the Overland Park location.

After a very, very brief "consultation" for which I was charged over $100, I was whisked out to the billing desk where I was presented with the bill and told to pay the low amount of $2100 which I did. Frankly, I was beside myself with worry for my baby and, as I've said, I paid because I wanted to give him a chance. I think before the bill was presented, the first vet should have told me what would definitely be done and how much it would cost. I should not have been charged for procedures like the ultrasound until it was used.

This is where Blue Pearl really needs to make some changes. The way in which the billing is presented, the abruptness, the seeming lack of compassion, needs to change. I don't know what training is provided to staff but in reading reviews from around the country, this is the repeated comment....It's all about the money. Once they have your money, they forget about you.

It's true.

They kept my kitty on oxygen overnight and removed the fluid from the lungs the next day. I guess they were waiting on another doctor who is not part of the staff, I was told, but fills in. This became a problem later after I took my kitty home. He went home on Saturday, Sept.

7, with 5 Lasix tablets for which I was charged $23.00 (They are about .18 a tablet anywhere else.) and an antibiotic. It was several days before the results came back on the fluid. These lab reports were not explained to me in detail except that he had cancer. The temp.

vet said to take him home and make him comfortable, which I did. My baby survived for 3 more weeks. He had some good days, he ate and drank a bit. I finally ran out of the Lasix and called a couple pet pharmacies for a refill.

One was Chewy.com who said that Blue Pearl would not approve the refill. I called Blue Pearl and they said they would not refill it without the vet's approval. I asked to talk to her. They said she wasn't there, that she just filled in couple days, and they had no contact number????

I thought that was incredible. They said to bring my kitty back in for a refill!! I was not going to put him through all that stress again. FINALLY, begrudgingly they called in 2 tablets to CVS.

In the meantime, I contacted my vet and they called in the prescription. I think it should have been the last doctor to see him. Regarding Chewy.com, I eventually told them to stop any attempts to contact Blue Pearl because my baby passed on the morning of Sept. 26.

A couple days later they had delivered to me a beautiful bouquet and a very thoughtful note of sympathy and compassion for my loss, this from a business with heart.

So, yes, once Blue Pearl had my money and once I left with my kitty they forgot about him. Never once did I have a follow-up call to find out how he was doing. As so many people say, it is all about the money. The doctors' and staffs' behaviors are conveying that their primary concern is getting your money and an insane amount, at that.

Like I said, I understand that emergency pet care costs much more and specialty tests cost more but "consultation", brief and rushed, was $109 AND emergency doctor fee of of $46.00 hospitalization and nursing care, adding up to nearly $1000 for 48 hours. Lasix and Clavamox was many times more costly than if I'd gotten it anywhere else.

Again, although I was charged an insane amount, for me it isn't about the money, so much as how Blue Pearl HANDLES the billing aspect. It's about the lack of compassion and follow-up. A call....let us know they care about our fur companions.

It is the very least they can do. My advice to them, read these reviews for all your locations and make some changes in training and policies. If so many people are saying the same thing - I've also talked to friends of mine who all say "never again" - you've got to wonder.

Sadly, my kitty's days were numbered. I just wish his final days had not been spent at this place.

Blue Pearl in Sarasota let my sun conure suffer and die without pain medicine.

Updated by user Oct 29, 2019

Don't ever recommend Blue Pearl anywhere in the US. Mars bought up Blue Pearl and Banfield and use it as a money maker for benefit of corporation not the pets.Lots of complaints on Google about blue Pearl.

They Keep pets in back room until you pay. It is a scam, unfeeling and no compassion. No one on duty on weekend, have to pay thousands of dollars for specialist to come in on evenings and weekend. No information is given out to reach and talk to doctors or staff.

Vets are recommending this hosp so there must be kick backs. My bird died a painful death because the women on duty had no knowledge of anything. No pain medicine was given even though the bird was suffering. I called before I arrived at the hosp and the receptionist said a bird specialist was on duty.

She lied. this is a big corrupt corporation merging and the biggest in the world now.

I recommend you never bring your pet to Blue Pearl, Mars, Banfield, as no qualified doctors are on sight. Insanely expensive, This is a money maker scheme. If you go on line there is no email, phones or any way to reach the Staff. There is no manager at any Blue Pearl hospital all over the US. They will not return your money if they screw up. Lots of complaints check google. Beverley Comstock, Bradenton, Fl 34205 941-720-****

Using the love of your pet to shake you down for money every time

I was disappointed in the refusal to administer deactivated charcoal, which is an over the counter medication I could get myself, by the vet after my dog ingested chocolate. They induced vomiting whereby my dog expelled most of it confirming it was recently consumed so the timing of the deactivated charcoal would have helped the rest of it pass through her system without being absorbed.

Instead the vet took advantage of my situation and stress level of being out of town while this happened. She tried to shake me down over the phone to get my boyfriend to leave the dog overnight in their "care" for $2,700 even though she was exhibiting NO SIGNS of distress. Her reason, concern over " hypernatremia" which is unlikely in a dog her size (happens more in smaller breeds). I expressed my willingness to accept this risk of side effect, sign whatever waiver they needed and to administer it anyway and she flatly refused.

Basically, Blue Pearl tries to shake you down for as much money as they possibly can and in this instance put my dog's well-being at risk. To further add to the unprofessional experience, they discharged my dog to my boyfriend with NO INSTRUCTIONS provided to him while he was caring for her in my absence. Instead, they emailed the instructions to the email address they had on file, further putting my dog at risk and keeping my boyfriend in the dark until the next day when I saw the advice on what to do for her overnight. Thanks for nothing blue pearl, I could have gotten her to throw up the chocolate myself for $450.

I hope I NEVER have to go there again. When I called upon my return to speak to a supervisor, I waited 5 days before having to call again. When I finally spoke to someone another 5 days later, they were unapologetic, said the care provided is up to the vet on staff and basically didn't care if I ever used their services again. GREAT customer experience.

Beware of the unethical practices this place delivers. There are some conscientious vets there but not all of them and MONEY not your pet is their main priority.

Overpriced Care for Your Pets (without compassion)

Bluepearl Veterinary Partners - Overpriced Care for Your Pets (without compassion)
Sorry to say these folks appear to be the "Self-proclaimed" specialists in Pet Care - I don't agree. In our situation the focused on ONE test to proclaim that our dog need a liver biopsy and shunt... this after we forked over almost $4000 for "emergency" service that really wasn't an emergency. Just that they like to "make up stuff" about your pet to ensure they profit accordingly. Can you say "RIP OFF"..... they apply service completely without passion and true care, they simply care about feeding their overpriced staff and locations big bucks at your expense. LETS JUST SAY I WILL NEVER CONSIDER OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS JOINT. And the "support staff" seem to apply idle ignorance in support of the doctors they support at your expense. In my opinion they ARE NOT THE experts. You can do better elsewhere.

Horrible Experince

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I had a horrible experience at the Blue Pearl in San Antonio. I took my cat to his regular vet, on a Saturday morning, he was vomiting, diarrhea not heating and passing clear fluid, he was dehydrated and my vet put him on an I V. Since she closed at Noon, she recommended the blue pearl to keep the IV (which she sent me with to the hospital) , going as we thought it was an intestinal infection I could have been more but the was the original diagnosis. Upon arriving I has to pay a “one time” fee of $98because this was our first time here. I waited about 3 hours and they were still backed up, finally an assistant came out and checked him and told me they will follow up in a few hours. I got a call about 7 that evening and the Dr tells me that he thinks it cancer and they need to do a scan that costs about $500 I gave the ok, and then 15 minutes later the hospital call and wants another $1000, right then and there to be charged to by card. And now looking in hindsight it just looks like the damn Dr just wanted to insure he got paid, later that night I get a call from another Dr and they give me the results of the scan and contradicted the other Dr, and says this intestines and lymph nodes are inflamed so they are going to give him prednisone and they say it could be cancer or lymphoma but they need to run more tests and take biopsies. Was not in a good emotional state and I said lets hold off until tomorrow, well the next day I get another Dr, and he tells me worst case it could be cancer and best case and infection and rather that run all these expensive tests they could take a biopsy sample with a needles and the test cost about $190. I said, ok, NEXT day, Monday, I get another doctor that calls me with the results of the test and says that it cant be conclusive because the cat was on prednisone and that skews the results, so then he tells me he is going to fast the cat and runs some more tests the next day , I came to visit later that day, FIRST they had dogs and cats all in the same room, some of those cats were stressed and terrified and when I asked I was told unfortunately that is how the facility was built and if there is a loud dog they will me a cat into on of the exam rooms for quiet, which I could not see that anywhere. SECOND, my cats was to be fasting and what do I find but a bowl of food in his cage. NO ONE HERE IS ON THE SAME PAGE!!!! The next day a dr called and said the results came back and it was NOT cancer but they wanted to test more. I asked if he could go home and they let me discharge on Tuesday, I left with two antibiotics for him and an anti vomit pill. TOTAL BILL $3,298.00 DIAGNOSIS intestinal infection, When I brought him home, which he was so happy to get the *** out of there it took a few days but he started becoming his old self. I will NEVER EVER recommend or use this facility EVER
